A draw occurs when two or more players end a versus match where no player is determined to be the winner. This can be caused by a double knock out, or when players have an equal point value at the end of a set period of time.
Porting is a term used when a game designed to run on one platform is converted to run on a different platform. Quality varies, though some titles are packaged with extras.

A crossover occurs when a character from one franchise makes a special appearance in a game from an unrelated franchise. Some games are specifically designed to be crossovers that bring together characters from two or more franchises.
A fictional currency is one where the object being exchanged does not exist in the real world, such as Final Fantasy's Gil, or are not used for exchange in the real world, such as Fallout's bottlecaps.
Characters controlled by the game for players to interact with, as opposed to player characters which are controlled by whomever is playing the game.
Some games feature protagonists that are not humanoid in nature. These are creatures that do not have human characteristics (i.e. stand on 2 legs, have 2 arms, a body and a head).
A Secret area is a place hidden that few will find unless they know where to look.
A malevolent character whose goals are evil in nature. While villains are commonly featured as antagonists, not all antagonists are necessarily villains.
A transformation is a different stage or form for something. Usually an upgrade.
A frog is a small and usually green amphibian that can swim, hop, and ribbit. Sadly, most of them aren't princes.
The act of bending at the knees from a standing position. Crouching is an essential part of many shooters and platformers, and can be used by players to stay behind cover or avoid incoming projectiles.
An opponent that typically appears around the halfway point in a level. Mini-Bosses are more formidable than the average opponent, though normally not as tough as the end-level Boss.
A flawless victory is a victory in which the winning player has incurred no loss of health, or in other uses, like Unreal Tournament III or Fury, no points scored against the winning team.
An aquatic flying bird that is sometimes hunted. Ducks appear in numerous games, some named after them (Duck Hunt), and as part of the scenery of other games (Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal).
