No because RE5 has nothing to do with the movies. It has to be a game based on the movie that was based on a game.......yeah I know I just repeated the title... but like the description says:

"The only game based on a movie based on a game that exists is Street Fighter: The Movie which is based on the late 1994 movie Street Fighter which is based on the 2D fighting game series Street Fighter."
