Overview
Train Simulator + Densha de Go!: Tōkyō Kyūkō-hen (loosely translated to "Train Simulator + Go by Train!: Tokyo Express Edition") is an electric train driving simulation game developed by Ongakukan (Company) (along with Taito) and published by Ongakukan for the PlayStation 2 in Japan on December 18, 2003. The 25th installment of the Train Simulator (Franchise) series, the fourth for the PS2, and a collaboration with Taito's Densha de Go! series, Train Simulator + Densha de Go! combines the former series's use of full-motion video with two game modes, each representing the display, controls, and gameplay mechanics of either series. It focuses on three routes from the Tokyu Railways Company: the Tōyoko Line, the Den-en-toshi Line, and the Ōimachi Line. The game was later ported to the PlayStation Portable (Platform) on February 17, 2005 as Mobile Train Simulator + Densha de Go!: Tōkyō Kyūkō-hen.
