Another Game of the Year Contender

         I loved the first Gears of War more then most games, but now there is another game. Gears of War 2 obviously.
 
  
          Positive:

• Beautiful, Detailed Visuals and different environments
• The same action-packed storyline with a few twists
• A fixed cover mechanic that is a huge relief
• A much more intense multiplayer
• It feels much faster
• More weapons
• Same great characters + new cool characters
• A different variety of missions that are also different from the prequel
  
• Some jaw-dropping DLC that extends the fun

 
          
           Negative:

• There are some multiplayer flaws such as unbalancing
• The multiplayer depends host which can be unfair for the opposite team

 
          Overall the developers fixed a few problems, but also created a couple others. The new flaws are unnoticeable, so it won't ruin the experience.

The original Gears of War was one of the Xbox 360's first "must own" titles, but the good folks over at Epic Games weren't content to rest on their laurels. Microsoft’s hype machine was set to eleven in November 2006 when the first iteration of the Gears of War series hit shelves worldwide.
