    The third and final installment in the Marcus Fenix trilogy. Taking place on the apocalyptic planet Sera, 18 months after the ending of Gears of War 2, players will once again take control of C.O.G. soldier Marcus Fenix as he takes on the Locust threat and their Lambent rivals.

    This may not be the time or place to mention this, but I hate seeing topics about specific games in general discussion. 
     
    Anyway, there's nothing wrong with accidentally leaking a name everyone had guessed 3 years ago. It's perfectly fine unless you're really attached to your marketing plan and can't stand people going out of their way to spread the word before you can.

    I wonder how many people (who might be interested about the news) actually read those game specific forums. It would be so much more convenient to just have all the gaming discussions in one place.
