The more enemies you kill without dying, the higher the score multiplier goes. If you ever find yourself surrounded you can use a bomb to wipe the screen of enemies.

Geometry Wars began as a small mini-game accessible in the garage of Project Gotham Racing 2 .The mini-game was such a big hit that Bizarre Creations decided to release a standalone updated version for Xbox Live Marketplace.
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved was released on Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft points on November 22, 2005. It was also available in demo form in Project Gotham Racing 3 . It previously held the record for the most downloaded Xbox Live arcade game.
Geometry Wars: GalaxiesGeometry Wars: Galaxies
Geometry Wars: Galaxies was released in November 2007 for the Wii and DS. Galaxies featured the return of all the enemies from Retro Evolved plus some new ones and a new game mode called Galaxies. In Galaxies players are given ten galaxies each having a number of planets and each planet has different challenges. Galaxies also featured a few multiplayer modes including co-op and a versus mode where one player is a ship and the other controls the waves of enemies.
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2, Retro Evolved's much anticipated sequel, was released on Xbox Live Marketplace August 6th, 2008 for 800 Microsoft points. Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 includes many of the new gameplay mechanics introduced in Geometry Wars: Galaxies such as the collecting of geoms to increase one's multiplier. The game has six challenge modes: Deadline, Evolved, King, Pacifism, Waves, and Sequence. The game also includes versus, coop, and team modes, all of which could be played by up to 4 people at once.
