    Before he was a God, Kratos was a man. A prequel, God of War: Ascension is the fourth major title of the God of War series, and Kratos' final outing on the PS3. It is the first to include a multiplayer component.

    Who got their Uncharted in my God of War

    Feels like this game tries to get back to be more like the first two games with a good mix of combat and puzzles and less big boss battles that dominated 3 and I think that is a good direction.

    The only problem is that the combat is simplified in this game, it didn't feel like there was much execution, just a bunch of mashing.

    I think it looks great, some great action sequences.

    Not too many people playing multiplayer now, I was able to get a match in and it seemed really dumb.

      God of War: Ascension is very nearly the best game in the series.It also might be the worst.Every plus is dogged with a minus. While environments are varied, expansive, and breathtaking in scale, the camera often pulls out so far you lose yourself in the goat scrum, little more than a spinning, sparking mote on ever-shifting ground. The game is gorgeous to behold, when it’s not freezing, hitching or dropping all sound. Presentation has never been better; shame that it hangs on a weightless story...

      This game is everything I have expected for it to be; brutal and spectacular! This is the most refined GOW game yet (YES EVEN BETTER THAN GOW3), with great combat additions, great variety on the scenery, nice puzzles and great pacing making this game an outstanding experience. It may be not as epic as GOW3, but that is because of it being a prequel, so Kratos cant fight a Titan or other things like that, but still it is freaking epic and ultra fun to play due to the whole amazing package the gam...
