God of War is the perfect type of game for the PSP

The PSP has alot of action games for the system but God of War Chains of Olympus is the game you've been waiting for. The graphics are PS2 quality and are some of the best on the system. The action is as good as its always been with all the combos and great action sequences that keep you playing right to the end. The Blades of Chaos are your primary weapon and along with the Gauntlet of Zeus you can pull off some light and heavy attacks and combos. The magic is great and effective when low on health. You have a health bar and a magic bar that grow when you collect 5 gorgon eyes or phoenix feathers respectively. You get relics that assist you in your quest which are Triton's lance and the sun shield. You can upgrade your weapons and magic by collecting red orbs and using them to buy the upgrades. There is some puzzle solving but none to difficult to figure out. The problem with Chains of Olympus is that it is too short and you will probably finish it in 6 to 7 hours but you can always try to complete the challenges or attempt the game on hard which is very challenging but for the hardcore fans you can play on God mode which is the hardest difficulty. The story takes place before the events of God of War 1 on the PS2 and thats all i will reveal about the story so you can see it for yourself. Overall it is a must play for fans of the franchise and a worthy action game for any PSP owner.

Chains of Olympus does not dissapoint. 0

When I first got CoO I had read heaps of Gamespot and IGN revews saying how dissapointing this game was, so when I got it I had my doubts. But when I started playing CoO those doubts vanished. I will tell you why...Like all God of wars so far there is a complex and intriguing story, it is a lot more focused on Kratos's past and family like the first God of War game. This game is set before the first two games where Kratos is a servant of the Gods of Olympus, and is still trying to rid himself of...
