" A question for those who's playing this game; how true is it to the original game and the movie it is based off? "I've played past the Dam story arc at the moment. Initial reaction is that it feels like a flashier game with a dash of scripted action and expanded levels. Well... and it's bizarro GoldenEye like Daniel Craig was casted for Bond instead of Pierce Brosnan. That's still kinda weird. (Hoping for unlockable Pierce Bond... but I doubt it.)
Controls (and online multiplayer) are very Call of Duty (or Bond of Duty as I've seen someone put it). Not that it's a bad thing, that really depends on how you like your shooters. It's pretty sweet to aim down the sights on pistols and assault rifles.
As for how close it sticks to the movie, I'll have to get back to you when I finish the game. So far, it hits the basic plot with a few elements to update things. The Cold War aftermath angle is totally gone, I can tell you that much.
I love how I can totally tell who wrote this without looking at the author.
Does that mean I'm on here too often? I can hear the voice of who's writing it...
Would love to beat you guys into the ground but I'm too broke for Goldeneye, bought COD Black Ops instead
According to the cartoon, James Bond is James Bond Jr.'s uncle? Wait a minute. That's not what a junior is.
