Bam Margera is a regular playable character in the Tony Hawk franchise. He is one of the more popular characters due to his fame from MTV reality shows like "Jackass" and "Viva La Bam", which his in-game avatar draws the most personality from.
Beat is the main protagonist of the Jet Set Radio franchise and is one of the three main mascots of the series, alongside Gum and Professor K. He is a Rudie from Tokyo-To and the original founder of The GGs who ran away from home to pursue his gangster lifestyle. Outside of his respective franchise, Beat has appeared in several video games and promotional material.
Carl "CJ" Johnson is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas who, due to his mother's death, returns to San Andreas after spending five years in Liberty City.

Gum is the deuteragonist and one of the main mascots of the Jet Set Radio video games who is an original founder of the GGs. She is a sarcastic, uptight, and upbeat graffiti gangster who enjoys skating through Tokyo-To without care. Unlike the other characters from the franchise, Gum has had a lot of appearances outside her respected franchise since her debut in 2000. Because of her popularity, Gum is often mistaken as the lead character of the Jet Set Radio series.
