So I have done some messing around with the photo mode and really appreciate the fantasy DSLR you are given to take shots, but this guy over at gtplanet has done some amazing work that I think everybody should see. Adjustments were applied to the contrast, brightness and colors in photoshop as stated in the thread. 
 
The LOD in photo mode still blows me away!

They look awesome. It's amazing what you can get up to in Photomode.

We should probably start our own photo thread then, given the title of this one doesn't fit. Also given the nature of how were viewing the photos (PC monitors 16:9/16:10 and TV's) I would suggest trying out the aspect ratio of 16x9 when taking your shots. A widescreen format is just how I prefer it especially since 1920x1080 is the resolution for the game as well. 

With enough creativity, photo mode is DEEP. When I lined up my first shot I was kind of meh, until I took the shot and saw the super HD result, wowzers.

That's totally stunning. Some of those shots could easily pass as promo shots in a car ad.
