Good God I adore this game.   Whether you do or not, take the time to brag about your favorite moments and/or aspects of this gem of a DS game.

Just a few of mine:

Blowing up a police helicopter with a car by flying off of a ramp.
The j_nutter08 virus hoax.  (Reference to J_neutron07)
Drug dealer named Osama at the Statue of Happiness.
And (this one is a bit of a *******SPOILER******** but it happens extremely early on) killing off the female lead in the first minutes of the game.  That chick is in all the promo material and they totally blow her away.  Eschews all expectations from the get-go.

I liked how they had me beat up the innards of a car with the stylus, then try to drive that car while it behaved strangely, and all that under a time limit without damaging the exterior of the car. That was nice, and something new.

Spoiler i guess

The part where you secretly follow one of your mission givers and you catch him cross dressing.

Also the side mission where you have to drive a porno star to an audition and he would be fucking in the limo making it shake all the way there while playing some Barry White inspired music and once you arrive at desintaion you see about 10 other people coming out of the limo.

The discussion with Zhou Ming about the size of his penis was great also

Really this game has such a great cast and really sharp and funny dialogue.

I liked all the random shit happening in the first mission where you are riding a boat. Some guy gets shot near the ocean and falls in the water, etc.

I loved the random encounters with the sausage vendor...gotta love the countless sexual references! I also loved finding a random dildo in a dumpster.
