Continuing Grand Theft Auto's theme of awesome music, MF Doom (now calling himself simply "Doom") & Ghostface Killah have released a new single called "Chinatown Wars", which will serve as the theme for the song, I guess. Producing new music specifically for the game is nothing new for GTA, especially with rap songs. Needless to say, like everything Doom and Ghostface do, this is great.

It's definitely good, but it doesn't touch their best stuff.

MF Doom will always be MF Doom

That song is alright, I expected to like a song by these two better though

I have to agree that is not anywhere near their best stuff but I just find it awesome that two of my favorite rappers made a song about GTA.

Zev Love X. I couldn't believe that the guy who appeared on 3rd Bass's "The Gas Face" was a much younger MF Doom.

Hey, since we've got a thread concerning Ghostface, I gotta ask:

Why can't he get along with RZA anymore? They seem pretty done with each other.

When Wu-Tang was recording 8 Diagrams, Ghostface and Raekwon had said something like that RZA wasn't producing the same quality of music he used to. Also, it probably had a lot to do with that originally, 8 Diagrams was supposed to be released on the same day that Ghostface's solo album The Big Doe Rehab was released.
