I just managed to log into the website. But the client is still not letting me.

My client was just able to download the patch that it's been trying to connect to for the past hour. Still can't log in, but it looks like we're getting somewhere.

I'd never thought I'd use Diablo 3 as my go to game for another game's server problems.

Looks like the servers are up after 3 and a half hours. We're back in business boys and girls!

This is probably a ridiculous question, but does Guild Wars lend itself to being played in relatively short bursts?

I mean, over the weekend I generally have a few hours to play, but during the week I'll probably only have an hour a night or something...

@GetEveryone: I would say more so than most other MMOs. There are certain things like dungeons that will require quite some time, but other than you'd be fine just jumping on for a bit and doing some dynamic events.
