ArenaNet just threw up a relatively basic article revealing that the Portal Stone necessary to travel to your instance of the HoM will be automatically mailed to every created character on your account.

To spice things up, I'll post this brief tour of the final version of the Hall provided by a Reddit user who said they bought the stone from a random merchant for no cost in the latest stress test. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE HALL OF MONUMENTS FOR RELEASE, DO NOT CLICK PAST THE SPOILER!

Oh wow, that looks awesome seeing that in GW2. I'll be sad that I won't be able to run out of the HoM into the surrounding area, though.

EDIT: Actually isn't the HoM up near where the Elder Ice or Frost Dragon is suppose to have awaken and pushed out the Norn? That being said, wouldn't it be a bit dangerous for us adventurers to travel so close to a known Elder Dragon location?
