Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus (pronounced "Guilty Gear X2 Accent Core Plus") is a 2D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Aksys (Arc System Works in Japan and pQube in Europe) for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 on April 7, 2009, and for the Wii on May 12, 2009. It was later released by Arc System Works as a downloadable title for the Xbox 360 (via Xbox Live Arcade) on October 24, 2012, and the PlayStation 3 (via PlayStation Network) on December 4, 2012.

After a rushed port of Guilty Gear XX Λ Core saw numerous bugs and inconsistencies from the arcade version, along with the removal of many game modes from previous console versions, Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus was released in Japan for the PlayStation 2 on March 27, 2008 to rectify these issues. The game was released in Japan as both a standalone copy, and as a cheaper "Append" disc that could be used in conjunction with an Λ Core disc to receive the bug fixes and new modes. Λ Core Plus re-adds previous games modes, and updates many of them. Story Mode returns, but features a new story, continuing off from the previous story told in Guilty Gear XX through Guilty Gear XX Slash. Mission Mode returned with brand new missions. Survival Mode was revamped to feature RPG elements in the form of skills and stat boosts you could gain for your character. The two bonus console characters Justice and Kliff Undersn return, too, although still untouched and unbalanced. As this release was meant as a bugfix to bring the console version in line with the arcade version of Guilty Gear XX Λ Core, there is no arcade release of "Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus." The game is identical to the arcade release of Guilty Gear XX Λ Core in terms of balance.

The next true revision to the game, titled Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R, was released for Japanese arcades (switching from the Sega NAOMI platform to the Sega RingEdge 2 platform) on September 20, 2012. This update further tweaks the characters, makes changes to the HUD, and finally balances Kliff and Justice for competitive play, adding them to the arcade release. This update was made available as a free patch for the PlayStation 3 version (on August 7, 2013 for Japan and March 3, 2014 for US) and the Xbox 360 version (on October 11, 2013). It was also released as a standalone downloadable title for the PlayStation Vita (via PlayStation Network on April 23, 2013) and PC (via Steam on May 26, 2015). In the console and PC ports of Accent Core Plus R, Λ Core remains selectable via the options menu, reverting the characters, HUD, and system mechanics back to their Λ Core forms.

There are a total of 25 playable characters in Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus:
