Activision confirmed the last 15 songs for Guitar Hero 5.  Not surprisingly, the setlist matches the one that Joystiq broke earlier.  From joystiq.com:

There's some really good songs in this game, almost enough to make it worth buying.  That is, provided that I can import the GHWT songs.  It's interesting that Nirvana is the only band to get two songs.  They're damn good songs, though, so it's good in my book.
