If you're looking for something that feels good and can take a beating, you could always dish out for the Ion drum set with Rock Band.

If anyone has been beta testing the new drums, they probably aren't allowed to talk about it because of a NDA. But I think the Ion set looks like it will work real well.

The RB drum kit is 400$ though!
If I wanted to shell out that much cash, I'd buy a real one.

How much is the GH one?

It IS a real drumset. All you need is a drum brain (not sure how much that costs) and you're set.

You know I'm going to buy World Tour but I think the thing is too cramped. Those three pads seem way too close together and because there's only three I feel like my arms will be too constricted. In the RB drumkit your arms are spread open because of the four pads...

Who knows... maybe when I get it my mind will change...

The $300 (not $400) is not actually the official RB 2 drum kit, it's just a real electric drum kit that will work with RB.

I'm not going to buy another drum set, so when my current RB drums break, I'll go for the RB 2 drums and get the cymbal addons.
