So I bought Guitar Hero: World Tour for $10 at Future Shop and I was wondering if the Rock Band 1 equipment work with it? I know there was some legal issues in the past, but did they fix it and if so with which version of Guitar Hero?

Gonna say yeah. Rock Band stuff is compatible with everything. Its the guitar hero equipment you have to watch out for.

    Also, this might help.

It's always nice to have more than one reference.

This one says that the guitar of GH 3 isn't compatible with RB games

@kingclaw: Don't understand what your saying. On my list, if you click Rock Band 1 and 2 and scroll down to Les Paul, it says it works with all rock band games. But the Rock Band 1 and 2 stratocaster DO NOT work with Guitar Hero 3 game.

You might be looking at two different systems.

Yes you are right, sorry. I was interpreting the list in a wrong way. I guess I have to buy RB3 then.
