    Guppy is another character that appears in Super Mario Galaxy. He appears in the Deep Dark Galaxy & the Sea Slide Galaxy where Mario & Luigi must face him to see who has the better flipper. If you do get all 8 rings, then Guppy will give you a Power Star for completing it. He also makes an appearance in Faster Than a Speeding Penguin as a spectator and gives advice to them before the race starts.
