Many games have ammo. In some, you can design your own. Ammo is put in a weapon and fired as a projectile.

Drop pods are pods that drop. They carry friends or foes from the skies to the floor. Often launched from carriers or other craft orbiting the area of operation.
A dropship usually refers to a ship that ferries troops, heavy armor, and supplies from carriers in orbit to a planet's surface. Sometimes it refers to any futuristic in-atmosphere transport that is not a helicopter or airplane.
The energy force shield is a common element found in science fiction. By encasing an object in a bubble of energy, whether it be a single person or an entire city, the object is protected from its environment. Some energy shields deflect projectiles, lasers and radiation, or anything conceivable.
