No seriously it actually has robotic floating balls (possibly built by the forerunners) I am really excitied about how this will shake up combat a bit. Halo's combat was getting really stale I was getting tired of fighting against the Covenant and their predictable tactics, I hope they introduce a lot more new enemies.

If only their ball filled game was a little less safe and comfortable. It could have been something amazing.

@SamFo: Multiplayer is great. They should keep doing what they are doing. Singleplayer: Nonlinear structure and no covenant.

There was that one ball that appeared behind Master Chief toward the beginning. Then it floated off into the distance.

Anyway, yes. The presence of giant floating balls that can harm you seems to bring new levels of both Freudian psychology and combat tactics to the rich and vibrant mythology that constitutes the Halo universe.
