What is your favorite place to get a burger? For me it's a local deli that is AWESOME.

For me the best chain style place is Five Guys

i dont really go for local restaurants. or better yet, i dont go to local restaurants since there arent many around where i live. also i dont get why people become elitists when if comes to local vs. chain restaurants.

Mike's Grill in Blacksburg, VA.  You haven't lived until you've had a Mike's burger.  Damnit, now I'm hungry.

Yeah fastfood for me. I have never had a really good homemade  hamburger. I dont know why but fastfood definatley. My favorite place is probably portillos.

In Austin, Mighty Fine Hamburgers.  If you are in Texas and have had BBQ from Rudy's, this place is from the same people and the kitchen is like 15 people behind the counter.

I hate to list two, but Val's in St. Cloud, MN is good if you want a quick greasy and cheap burger. I mean you can get like 3 double cheeseburgers for five bucks and they are delicious. For the best pure burger I would say Newt's in Rochester, MN. Get the Todd's burger, it has cheese, a fried egg, and bacon on it.

Five Guys is great.  So is Steak and Shake.  If I have to go fast food, I will eat burger king.

Chicken Cottage, not sure if any of you's have heard of it, its pretty small and there are few stores overseas ( i'm from UK) but if you ever get the chance go inside. The meat is halal, and unlike other burger joints actually tastes of the meat its meant to be, its all uneven and some bits are thicker than others just a true sign of good healthy food.
