So its nearly March and the release of Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd is nearly upon us. Of course not in North America. This makes me sad so instead of waiting for SEGA to get off their lazy asses and do a proper localization I want to import it seeing as its not a game that is very text heavy and I could manage.

Here is where I need advice. I found two listings for it on Play Asia at two different prices. One is the Japanese version for $67 USD and the second being the Asian version for $59 USD /w Tote bag pre-order. Any reason why one would be so much cheaper than the other?
