A recurring playable character in Sega's Streets of Rage franchise. She and her friends Axel Stone and Adam Hunter left the police force, becoming vigilantes hunting after Mr. X. Blaze and Axel are the only two characters to have been in all four games.

The star of his own manga and anime series. His main weapon is his "Fist of the Nose Hair" and he often throws his friends into the line of fire. Other than that he has a strong sense of justice.

Boris Ursus

A legendary ruler of Kislev and the father of the current Tzarina, Katarin Bokha. Though imprisoned in ice by the Motherland, he can potentially reawaken to fight for his imprisoned god, Ursun.

Brother Captain Davian Thule

The commander of the Blood Ravens deployment on Kronus, Captain Davian Thule led his forces to victory in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, and later returns in Dawn of War 2.
