I'm still just astounded by how gigantic and detailed the map is. The sewers that connect to the apartment buildings - the detail of the clothing store, the bakery, etc that really don't come into play during the mission at all. The flower shop, the tiny little art space.

Maybe it doesn't need to be a full-blown mission "full mission" but there just feels like there is a good opportunity to do something with a lot of the (largely) unused regions of the map that many people may not have really visited at all.

They clearly put so, so much love into that level that it feels like they should really create another mission to utilize other parts of it. Even if you completely close off the mansion/caves, there is a massive amount of space to work with .

Well, they're going to have another bonus mission, "Landslide", that takes place there, so there's that.
