    I'm having the above issue, where I completed the ICA Facility missions and then it won't let me play Paris. I restarted the game, and now I'm redownloading, but has anyone else encountered this issue? Intro Pack is the only part of the game I own.

    Solved. A simple redownload. I didn't wanna wait or add to my datacap without knowing for sure, but then I did it anyway.
