This game is RAD it is the BOMB you can't any better than this for 3D RTS. For it's time it was gorgoeus and the graphics still hold up til this day. I Lost my copy of this game during the recent relocations but i am keeping my eye out to reacquire this gem of a game. maybe you should to.
You have to keep in mind, back in the old days I had only dabbled in a bit of C&C red alert and Starcraft as far as RTSs go. They weren't anything special, I was far more involved in FPSs. So then, being a Trekkie... I go and buy Star Trek Armada. Ultimately a fun game, one of the better Star Trek games ever made, but pretty much a disappointment if you expected it to be more then Starcraft with starships. Nearly 5 years since release, I take some time to reflect on still one of the few games I finished in a single 16-20 hour sitting. I can't help but say that I'm still awestruck at how fun this game was. I never really had the opportunity to play the original Homeworld game or its Cataclysm expansion, so this review should serve as a little insight to newcomers of the series.
