    Overview

Horatio grew up in a troubled home, and threw himself into learning music and coding to escape from his environment. As he grew up and got better at both, he got enough skills that he was able to pass a difficult interview and get hired by Nudle as a full-time employee. However, Horatio stayed true to his beliefs, and also quietly coordinated operations for DedSec across the Bay Area after being inspired by some of their activities in Chicago.

In the mission "Limp Nudle," Horatio helps Marcus infiltrate the Nudle offices in Silicon Valley to plant a backdoor in their servers. When Marcus mentions feeling out of place, Horatio responds that it's natural, as there are only three other black employees in the entire office, to the point they have even have their own small group chat. During the mission, Horatio's boss, Brody Goodale, suspects him of being a DedSec agent and tries to have him fired, but Marcus is able to plant the backdoor into Nudle's servers and switch the evidence back on Brody before the company takes action against Horatio.

Some time later, Horatio is kidnapped by the Tezcas, a mainly-Latino gang, who are interested in hunting down other DedSec members in the Bay Area. Horatio refuses to sell out his friends, and gets stabbed by the gang, bleeding to death before Marcus can reach him. However, Horatio is able to leave behind a clue that leads Marcus and DedSec to hunt down the Tezcas who murdered him, getting revenge.
