This man is found in Hobo Alley. He may look tough, but under that exterior is a sensitive side... A side that creates music.... about trash.
He is a NPC that is located in Hobo Alley. You give him hobo meat under the guise that its delicious normal meat and its for charity as well.
Fuchsia is a robot that is modified by Anne-Claire and it is a support character. Its attack is Rainbow and has the effect of getting stronger every time you use it.
