    Hothead is a fireball enemy that first appeared in Super Mario World on the SNES. Hotheads are found inside the fortresses and castles of Dinosaur Land, endlessly rotating around platforms. They cannot be destroyed, but Mario can bounce off of them with a spin jump.

    After being thrown Hothead will roll across the ground circling any area or platform it was thrown onto. The longer Hothead is circling the faster it will move. As it moves any opponent that is hit by it will take a small amount of fire damage and be temporariy stunned. There is also a small chance that Hothead will release sparks inflicting additional damage on opponents.
