    Overview

    htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary is a fantasy action game developed by Nippon Ichi for the PlayStation Vita. It gives the player control a pair of fireflies (one controlled using the touch screen, the other using the rear touch pad) who have to guide a horned girl named Mion through a treacherous environment filled with traps and enemies. An update to the game released in July of 2014 added the option to play the game with the dual analogue sticks rather than touch controls.

    Originally published in Japan on June 19th, 2014, it will be released in the west by NIS America on February 24, 2015 as a downloadable and physical game for $20. A limited edition was made available from NIS America's website.

    The game's title htoL#NiQ is a stylized corruption of the Japanese subtitle "Hotaru no Nikki".
