Love is Dead, but only like, a little bit.Love is Dead from developer Curiobot is an action/puzzle game where you and your lover have both died, but your love for each other has brought you back from beyond the veil. After waking up deceased, you and your lover travel across the world in search of your pets, dogface and catface. Along the way you encounter and evade other zombies, pirates, and pancakes.
Love is Dead is the successor to the award-winning Flash game series, i saw her standing there, i saw her too, with lasers, and i saw her across the world.
Customization and Inclusivity
A notable feature of Love is Dead is the ability to identify both yourself and your lover with self-defined pronouns which the game will incorporate into its subtitles. The game also allows for players to choose from one of three pronouns (he/she/they) to customize the voice over that plays in the game itself.
History
Love is Dead began development under the title "i saw her standing there," a reboot of the original i saw her series. The game was quickly signed by the publishers of the original flash games, Armor Games Studios. After several years of development, the name was changed to Love is Dead. Love is Dead will be released on May 31st, 2018.
