    Overview

Impartial Judge, also known as Super Justice King, and Bāo Qīngtiān Gédòu-bǎn (包青天-格斗版) and Xīn Bāo Qīngtiān II (新包青天 II) in China, is a fighting game published and developed by Fuzhou Waixing Computer Science & Technology based on work provided by Hummer Team. It is based on the life of the historical figure Bāo Zhěng, nicknamed Bāo Qīngtiān or "Justice Bao".

Like the earlier Fēng Shén Bǎng, Waixing produced the game based on Hummer Team's unofficial port of Dragon Ball Z: Super Butōden 2. Unlike Fēng Shén Bǎng's use of a translated title ("Myth Struggle") only on variant labels, Impartial Judge was a title utilized on the title screen as well.
