I recently stopped playing Fallout New Vegas just so I could play thorugh inFAMOUS again. Why?
Because I'm way too stoked for inFAMOUS 2!!!
 
I was wondering what everyone wanted out of this game?

I want some CQC. Perhaps stealth. Possibly gun/car/swim abilities.

I liked the first game, but I would really, REALLY, like it if it was a bit harder for the enemies on rooftops to be able to snipe me from a mile away.

I want the first game free of charge in downloads with a purchase of Infamous 2.

Enemies that don't fucking shoot at you with assault rifles, from several hundred meters away, while you're running and jumping between buildings, and hit with every single goddamn bullet. 

Also: less "sticky", less mashy climbing.

inFAMOUS but better.

If they improve on basically everything from the first game just a bit, it will be an awesome game. The first one was sooo close to being great but it just didn't have it for me.

Better story, more meaningful, and more ambiguous decisions - I loved the gameplay, but the story was kinda lacking, at least in terms of driving the game forward, I thought a lot of the lore of th inFamous world was pretty cool. The decisions were just stupid, I really don't dig evil for evil's sake, or at least not when there isn't a third greyer option, but then I try and role-play every character in every game.

More of the same, but better. 
 
inFamous was a fantastic game, and to this day, I will never figure out why people prefer prototype. That game was horrible.

What others have said about the annoyingly accurate enemies and just needing refinement in basically every area. Also, if you're going to have a sandbox, make it interesting ffs. I couldn't garner more than a minute or two's worth of amusement out of going on a murderous rampage, which seems like a waste if you're going to have an open world with freedom of choice.

You've just listed everything I WOULDN'T want in inFAMOUS 2... so much so that I'm wondering if you're being sarcastic. If not, then you obviously don't understand the kind of game inFAMOUS is.                                         "

More variety of levels. They keep showing the same level and I think only one type of environment isn't interesting.
