Described as "a game about love," Iron Brigade is a goofy alternate-historical WW1-themed third-person shooter/tower defense mash-up where up to four players take control of hulking bipedal tanks and must endure swarms of television-based robots.

I can't find anything from the game's publisher, Confederates, Cavalry, & Canister, past 1983. They seem to have been a short-lived enterprise, and I imagine the trademarks are long expired. That's the thing about trademarks, they're only active as long as you're actively defending them.
