So, it's not been renamed to 'Drenched' as we were all secretly hoping, but 'Iron Brigade'. Guessing the Portuguese board game maker is not going to be seeing a single cent of money from either the developer or publisher as they're just creating new assets instead of settling in court.

Shame they had to change name but FUCK YES! Fuck that Portuguese cunt. (No offense to anyone else happening to be of that nationality, obviously.)

Another thread on this site confirmed that it was a EU only patent that was holding up the game's release. Ergo, all non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland etc.) could download without any troubles.

It's in Europe but not a part of the European Union politically so different laws apply. It also means that my Norwegian friends have to pay foreign fees at universities in Europe as opposed to the domestic cost all EU citizens (i.e. lower fees) are entitled to.

The timing is unfortunate ... too many great games are being released in September and the following months.
