Jake joined Telltale Games as a graphic designer, and was one of the lead designers on The Walking Dead (Game). On September 19, 2013 he co-founded a new independent studio named Campo Santo with Nels Anderson (Person), Sean Vanaman, and Olly Moss (Person). Campo Santo is the studio behind Firewatch (Game) and In The Valley of Gods. He is also a co-founder of the Idle Thumbs podcast network, and is a co-host on several podcasts, including Idle Thumbs and Important If True.
