    Edit:   It will never cease to amaze me how people on the interwebs love to argue over nothing.  Seriously?  Why is my inbox getting flooded with people quoting me saying the exact same fucking thing: "You know this how?".  Do you really want to pick a fight over why I think this movie will not be good?  I already elaborated on why I feel this way IN THIS THREAD, and I can see that I am not alone when I say that I think the movie will be an overly-long, CG-ridden, movie with a concept that doesn't interest me at all (and I refrain from using more negative words like "laughable" or "ridiculous"  or "downright stupid").
     
    The last thing Cameron did that I enjoyed hit theatres almost 20 years ago.  Should this movie come out and change the way I view cinema, like Cameron thinks this movie will, I will gladly post on this forum about how I was dead wrong about the quality of Avatar.  Until then:  Get off my case.

    Oh, sorry.  I thought this was where everyone was supposed to post their USUAL comments when GameSpot reviews a game.  However, since Avatar seems to be the popular thing to hate on right now, I guess everyone agrees with them. 
     
    Anyways, on to the review...I think Kevin did a good job of pointing out the flaws and triumphs of the game.  The review is fair.  I'm not expecting a life-changing game or anything, but I am still going to check it out.  I mean, look at the fact that X-Men Origins: Wolverine wasn't the greatest game, but man...that brutal slaying shit made it fun as hell!

     I was just posting this because of all the videos that were posted on Giant Bomb and because I'm sure people were curious what the final product was.

    I actually feel the same. I will probably never play this game, but that's not to say I wouldn't enjoy it a little here and there. It just seems too... mediocre.

    @CL60: You know what, you can take the attitude and stow it.  Regardless of it being handled by James Cameron, who has a nasty tendency of being extremely long-winded, It's a concept I don't find particularly compelling.  From what I've seen, I think it looks stupid.  I think the film will suck.  Get off my case.

    Kevin is very reliable with his reviews, I think he is the best at the site. This game has always looked shitty and I am not that pumped for the movie either. They both just seem bland and unoriginal.

    If the movie doesn't interest you, fine. Not gonna hold it against you. But when I read one simple sentence that says "And the movie will be just as bad", then that is different.
