Amygdala is a villian of Batman who had surgery that removed his amygdala, a part of the brain. As a result he has frequent outbursts of violence and super strength from further medical experiments.
Bane is a character from the DC Universe best known for breaking Batman's back. He was played by the late Robert "Jeep" Swenson in the film Batman & Robin and played by Tom Hardy in the film "The Dark Knight Rises".
Calendar Man is a Villain in the DC Universe who is fascinated by dates and calendars.
Catwoman a.k.a Selina Kyle is a DC comics vixen created in 1940. She has served as an on and off love interest for Batman ever since.
Clayface is a villain in the Batman universe. He's made entirely out of clay and can change his appearance at will. Throughout Batman's life a number of different people have taken on the alias of Clayface.
One of the greatest assassins in the world. Deadshot is an expert marksman in the Batman franchise.
Frank Boles was a corrupt, violent security guard at Arkham Asylum. He regularly assisted the Joker with his criminal actions, Frank usually takes host gambling parties in the asylum. Frank also keeps a flask on him, so that he can drink on the job.
Harleen Francis Quinzel is a former doctor at Arkham Asylum, and the Joker's accomplice and lover in the Batman universe. She is known for her Jester-like aesthetics, childish behaviour, and psychotic devotion to the Joker. She is best friends with Poison Ivy.
Once Wayne's childhood friend, Hush is now one of his greatest foes. Elliot was born into a wealthy family, like Bruce, but unlike Bruce, Hush hated his parents. Like Batman, Hush honed his skills to a point of almost superhuman qualities. He is an expert marksman, surgeon, and hand-to-hand combatant.
Killer Croc is a nemesis of Batman. Once a man, he inherited a disease causing him to gradually lose all semblance of humanity, gaining reptilian traits in their stead.
Killer Moth is a Batman villain who attempts to undermine Batman's vigilantism by protecting known criminals, just as Batman protects innocents.
Man-Bat is a villain to Batman. He is part human and part bat.
One of Batman's enemies. He wears a cryogenic suit to stay alive and uses an array of cryonic weaponry to freeze his opponents solid.
Mr. Zsasz is a sociopathic serial killer in the DC Universe and is a known enemy of Batman. He is a person with extreme cunning, unpredictability, biological strength and agility. Zsasz also carves a tally mark into his skin for every kill he has taken part in.
Obsessed with plants, Poison Ivy uses them to her advantage to stop heroes like Batman. She is immune to all poisons and chemicals. She is Harley Quinn's best friend and sister-figure.
Once a rat exterminator in Gotham City, this ordinary citizen, Otis Flannegan, turned villain when he learned that he could communicate with rats. He now uses the animals that he hunted as minions in Gotham City.
Scarecrow is an antagonist in the Batman universe who specializes in inducing fear in his victims.
A nightmarish fusion of Batman and the Joker, the Batman who Laughs is the leader of the Dark Knights and in many ways the most dangerous of them all. Certainly, he is the most evil.
Hailing from Earth -32, the Dawnbreaker is a Bruce Wayne who got a Green Lantern ring immediately after his parent's murder. Unfortunately, this set him down a path of murderous vigilantism, culminating in him killing his world's James Gordon, Green Lantern Corps, and Guardians of the Universe. He then joined the Dark Knights as their analogue to Green Lantern.
The Joker is Batman's archnemesis. First appearing in Batman #1 in 1940, he schemes against the Caped Crusader to this day. He was played by various actors including Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, Mark Hamill, Richard Epcar, Heath Ledger, Jared Leto and Joaquin Phoenix.
The Penguin is a short deformed man who is one of Batman's greatest foes. He builds high tech umbrellas and uses them as weapons. He also seems to have an unusual obsession with birds.

After being horribly disfigured by one of Gotham's most notorious criminals, Harvey Dent becomes the psychotic "Two-Face." Although they had mutual partnership and desire for justice, he blames Batman for not saving him in time.
