Its a family! We had Ryan and Jeff launch this thang, and Brad and Vinny joined later. Snider has been here for awhile too making the site the way it is.
Jeff just happened to not have a job first, and basically did nothing for a while. Ryan quit his job long before the whole Giantbomb thing started. I think that's where a lot of the confusion comes from.
