Overview

Jeopardy!, not to be confused with various games of the same name, is a virtual game show developed by Accent Media Productions and published by Philips Interactive Media for the CD-i in 1995.
A video game adaptation of the TV game show of the same name, Jeopardy! brings the popular trivia show to the CD-i with the show's host Alex Trebek as the game's FMV host. While it is one of the earliest with a FMV Alex Trebek, it is not the first.
Gameplay
This version of Jeopardy! starts out with an FMV of Alex Trebek explaining the game. There are two main rounds to play with a third final round. The first two rounds contain six different categories to choose from, each with five questions increasing in difficulty.
Once a category and dollar amount (question difficulty) are chosen the player is then given an answer to which the question must be given. In this version of Jeopardy! the player starts typing in the question and the game lists some of the possible questions so that the player does not have to type the entire thing.
