So I saw a tweet (gah saying that word hurts my soul) from thatgamecompany, you can visit their forums here and they have instructions on how to get them. You just need to email the community manager and promise that you are not going to use it for profit. I think its pretty damn cool that a developer would just email out their sound files as long as you promise not to use it for financial gain. So, any if any duders want that chirp as a ringtone, go email that guy!
