Whoever did Bolo Santosi's voice needs to win some kind of award. I've only played the demo but all her dialogue is hilarious.

are there actually people with such retarded pronunciation?

This game has some of the best worst dialogue/voice over work I've ever heard.

Actually, this one takes place in Not-North Korea, somewhere in the South China Sea. As for whether or not the accent fits, I have no idea. "

I'm probably going to get this game, but I can't decide if that awful dialogue is going to prevent me from playing the missions or if it's going to convince me to play the missions.....

On a slightly side note, did anyone else go straight to the Reapers when they got to the point in the game where you could choose which faction to start working with to?

The accent isn't the problem. It's the actor's lack of understanding of how punctuation is intended to work.

I believe that's part of the accent. Those people talk really weirdly, ignoring proper punctuation. Funny cause english is practically the main language. "
