    An elite private school located near a mountain quarry whose motto is "A sound mind and body build excellent abilities". Justice High's students live in the provided dormitories year-round until their graduation from the academy. The curriculum is rigid and aims to promote personal growth by changing the content of one's personal ability. Students are classified by their overall competence and sorted into ranked classes from J (minimum level) to A (highest level) and study schedules are provided by dorm management. The school's principal, Raizo Imawano, based the school's model of education on that of the Imawano ninja clan that raised him.

    Rumors spread that the school was kidnapping students and teachers from across the country. This turned out to be true as the school was under the influence of the Darkside Society Organization (DSO). The DSO planned to take over the world using an army of mind-controlled students but was foiled. Following these events, Principal Imawano decided to reform the school for the greater good.
