Overview
Jutei Senki, or Jyutei Senki ("Chronicles of the Tree Emperor"), is a strategy game from TamTam and published by Enix. The game is similar to Fire Emblem, in that the game is a strategy RPG where the strategy elements are far more pronounced than the RPG elements. Units are all generic troops, and each only goes up a level once they have killed ten units. The story focuses around the discovery and re-activation ancient weapons of war called the Letum (which resemble mechs), and creatures borne from trees to counter them called the Junei.
The game was never released outside of Japan. It received a fan translation from the Aeon Genesis group in 2003.
