I'm guessing 4. The shooting is better and he seems to like the visual style. Don't know about story though.

I think the controls, framerate, leveldesign and pacing issues will drag it down

I'm guessing a four, maybe a three if something is sort of broken. 
 
Most other sites will be the same, but a few people with really latch on the visual style and give it a higher score.
