    I just watched the whole endurance run and there is somthing that I just want to know, is Kanji's Noisebeed ever explained?

    Kanji got a nose bleed because Chie kicked him upside the head when he went running into their tent and he has head trauma. I don't get what's so hard to understand about that situation.
