He fought a guy who could disconnect all of his musles, making his like rubber, to no suprise, he was beaten and i think killed. Then kankuro also appears in Naruto Shipuden, when Gaara of the desert was kidnapped by the Akatski, while he was following Gaara, he stumbled across two Akatski members, and one holding Gaara in a gaint bird. A, Akatski member named Sasori, fought Kankuro... Kankuro lost and was poisoned, badly.
