Jiro's elder twin, Kazuo has always had a grudge against their younger brother, Shinji. After a particularly violent outburst against their sibling, he was sent off to a boarding school and even his name was pretty much no longer said in the Ozawa household, causing the younger boys to more or less forget their elder sibling. Kazuo's hatred festered, his grudge against his family growing evermore, especially against Shinji, who he blames most for his situation. Kazuo escaped his boarding school and has been seen stalking the halls of San Bruno High, looking for revenge against his siblings.
